Returns — Standard Items

Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Custom and personalized items are produced specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly:

• Replace the item at no cost, or
• Offer a full refund, depending on the situation
  

Chapeaus — Custom Production Policy

All Chapeaus are custom-made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Because of the personalized production process:

• Chapeau orders are non-cancelable once placed
• Chapeaus are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects
• Any issue related to manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery

Every Chapeau is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event of an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
We will resolve the matter quickly and without unnecessary delay.

Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
