"I ordered this flag and in no time it arrived and was perfect. Then I called customer support to get a custom size (garden flag) when that arrived it was exactly what I wanted. Over the last few years I have had BM do several custom orders, even one that was complicated and required multiple emails back and forth. All have been done quickly and perfect."
"Product is very nice large, bright colors, strong & durable. Very nice product! Downside the reason for not 5th star is because I ordered plain flag with NO personalization. I would have liked to add my lodge # but the website was difficult (for me) to figure out how to add anything. Also very slow at shipping, it said up 2 weeks & I emailed the website between the 5 & 6 week period & finally received my flag within a week. I have several more items in my cart right now but still can’t figure out how to personalize the ones I’d like to purchase and who knows how long it would take to get the personalized items & if they would be rite? The website would be great if they had better communication with there customers, like having a phone # , the only way to contact them is to email them."
