"Although the wait was a little long my product was packaged very well. However when I received my chain I realized I had made a mistake in ordering the incorrect size. Brick masons promptly answered me and offered to replace it no charge or I could order the correct size at a discounted rate. Not only did they send me the correct size but a entire new set, bracelet and chain. Thank you for your customer service I will be back for more."
