"The shippment was by UPS and came with a COD, that I was not expecting so I declined the delivery. After thinking about the delivery, I looked up my order online and saw that it had been declined, so I contacted Bricks Masons and informed them of the extra charge and they got to work on getting me to pay the surcharge and getting my order back to me, with a refund of the Tariff charge from UPS. I am still waiting for the redelivery of my order but it seems that all ended well some weeks later."
